• Bachelor’s degree of IT or equivalent
• At least 1 years of experiences in IT Infrastructure
• Technical Management, Technical Understanding
• Analyzing Information, Problem Solving, Data Center Management.
• Be honest and trustworthy, respectful, flexible, teamwork and motivated.
• English in basic is required.

• Develop operational, installation, configuration and upgrade documentation for hardware, network, and other computer related application systems.
• Ensure all IT infrastructure network and equipment/accessories are well installed to assigned locations/areas.
• Ensure all IT assets (fix phone, PC, printer, copy machine, fax, and other equipment/accessories) under well controlled and maintained both quality and quantity.
• Proactively and effectively troubleshoot problems reported by users.
• Do timely report on the IT fix assets movement and requirement and then submit to superior.
• Keep on-going the research and development to improve the situation from time to time.
• Do other tasks as per assigned.
