Indoor Sales Executive (4 persons, both Ladies and Gentlemen) 

• Cambodian Nationality 20-30 years of age.
• Degree in Marketing field/ related field.
• Be familiar with doing tele-sales and marketing with customers and partners.
• Assist sales manager for the indoor and outdoor sales arrangement.
• Be able to speak and write English and/or Chinese is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with customers and strong in negotiation.
• Self-starter, initiative, mature, team player and willing to work hard.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Computer skills in MS office, Internet and email.
• Willing to travel in province and overseas.

Customer Support Manager/ Customer Service & Documentation (3 Positions, Ladies and Gentlemen) 

• Cambodian national, age from 20 to 30
• BBA degree or equivalent fields
• English proficiency is a must and Chinese is a bonus
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Internet & E-mail)
• Knowledge of administrative procedure
• Good interpersonal skills
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
• Deal directly with customer either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Perform customer verifications
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designed resource
• Manage customer’s accounts
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
• Record details of actions taken
• Manage administration
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions

Receptionist (1 person, Lady) 

• Cambodian national, age from 18 to 25
• High School degree or above
• English proficiency is a must and Chinese is a bonus
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Internet & E-mail)
• Knowledge of administrative procedure
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Good looking and friendly
• Receiving calls and memo recording
• Willing to learn more about customer service and documentation skills

Customs Clearance Executive (3 persons, Gentlemen) 

• Cambodian Nationality 20-35 years of age.
• At least 1 year experiences in freight forwarding company.
• Well understanding of HS code, ASYCUDA system
• Able to identify the regulation for importing and exporting all kind of material or product/goods
• Strong ability for problem solving with customs
• Clearly know how to process customs permit, invoice approval, tax exemption formality, CDC
• approval, cam-control permit, other permit from other ministries
• In charge for customs clearance for both import and export
• Able to handle for logistic and deliver cargo to customers
• Assist team as required for office work
