Job Description :

- Oversee efficient working of employees of import department and manage all communication with customers and vendors and custom regarding document clearance,
- Plan and implement all import and export transportation strategies according to all supplier and customer demand and administer internal movement of all goods and ensure compliance to all government regulations,
- Supervises and manages a team of people, which will include organizing work schedules and issuing shipping instructions to ensure delivery times and locations are coordinated.
- Design all SOPs for import department and ensure compliance to all local and international guidelines.

Job Requirement :

- Bachelor degree in Management or related fields,
- Maximum 3 years experiences in logistic, transportation, shipping, freight forwarder,
- Sound knowledge in local law, processes and procedures, regarding import export, processes and procedures of clearance document with custom and relevant authority
- Good Computer knowledge: Microsoft office
- Good command of English Communication, candidate who is able to speak Chinese would be an added advantage
- Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and within deadline,
- Good written communications skills as well as the ability to apply critical thinking skills and problem solving techniques.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to organize own team effectively and efficiently. Being able to motivate and direct staff and identify the best people for the job.
