•  Installing and configure computer hardware, software, systems, printers, scanners etc.,
•  Upgrading software, patches and operating systems on a continuous basis 
•  Ensuring that all computers and Network Devices are working smoothly. 
•  Solving with technical issue related to Profit System (Retail Business System)
•  Installing and Preparing Super Market Devices such as HHT, Weigh Scale, POS, Data card Printer, Visa card Terminal etc.
•  Supporting operation with printing, office job, scan virus, set up OS.
•  Determine users’ technical needs and provide them with appropriate solutions.
•  Troubleshoot Computer Server and Network Devices both hardware and software problems 
•  Establishing necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the system.
