It is a full-fledged internet service provider, with a license for the provision of Internet service Provider (ISP), Internet Exchange Provider (IXP), and Internet Data Exchange Center (IDX) granted by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication of Cambodia.

We are currently looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position of IT Programming (Technical Support)

• At least 1 year experienced in IT or relate to field
• Basic knowledge of programming language
• Bachelor degree in IT or programming
• Good spoken and written English, or Chinese is a plus
• Work experience in customer support or technical support
• Be flexible and able to work as a Team

• Pre-sales & Post-sales technical support
• Attend meetings with sales to understand customer’s technical requirements
• Provide service demonstrations to customer 
• Oversee customers during their testing process to ensure successful integration
• Investigate any technical issue 
• Ensure to provide good service to customer
• Other task will assigned by managers
