Established in 2014, SOHO Diversified Retail Co. Ltd. is a fast growing operator of concept retail stores that focuses on fashion clothing and accessories, jewellery and watches, and footwear. It seeks to represent popular and successful international brands in Cambodia where the demand for a high quality retail experience is consistently rising year over year.

•  College diploma or university degree, preferably in the field of Computer Science and/or 2 years’ equivalent work experience.
•  Prefer certifications in Microsoft, and Cisco.
•  Good knowledge of network and PC hardware.
•  Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
•  Extensive equipment support experience with Windows based computer system.
•  Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards, including TCP/IP.
•  Ability to conduct research into PC issues and products as required.
•  Prefer Micros POS system experience.

•  Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks of the company
•  Installing and configuring POS (Point-Of-Sale) systems at all corporate locations
•  Assist in training staff on premises and developing new IT training tools
•  Diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems
•  Coordinate CCTV, Audio/Visual, telephone installation and maintenance
•  Provide support for all technical projects
•  Perform on-site analysis and resolution of POS, printers and other peripherals, as necessary

Applicants must be comfortable standing on feet for majority of work-time and always helping customers, arranging clothes or cleaning store. Employees must be available to work on public holidays and weekends.
