Westec Corporation is one of the largest security system integrator companies in Cambodia. First established in 2007 by a group of professional engineers, Westec is based in Phnom Penh but services all of Cambodia. We provides design, sales, installation, and service for video surveillance (CCTV) systems, intrusion alarms, access control, time & attendance, fire alarms, PA systems, telephone solutions, GPS tracking system, networking solutions, and electrical solutions. To support the rapid growth of our operation, Westec is recruiting qualify candidates for the following positions.

• High school diploma
• University degree preferred
• Extensive experience in any of the following:
  • CCTV systems
  • Alarm systems (intrusion, fire)
  • Access Control systems
  • PA systems
  • Telephone systems
  • Networks
  • Computers
  • Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Windows operation systems, etc.)
• At least 2 years of direct management experience
• Be able to speak, read, and write English and Khmer
• Experience using computers (MS Office, etc.)
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work overtime or on weekends if required

• Oversee the operations of the IT department
• Visit customers as needed and deal with any escalated customer issues
• Work with project management to assign resources to projects
• Support sales and marketing department if required
• Check the quality of work at customer sites
• Ensure staff is working efficiently and following procedures
• Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring staff
• Assign duties and tasks to staff as required
• Plan and implement improvements in department procedures
• Improve staff technical skills and quality of work
• Report to management on status and issue
