Westec Corporation is one of Cambodia’s largest security system integrators serving institutional, commercial, financial, and residential clients.  Due to continued growth we are seeking qualified personnel for the following position(s):

• High school diploma
• University degree preferred
• Extensive experience with at least two or more of:
• CCTV systems
• Alarm systems (intrusion, fire)
• Access Control systems
• PA systems
• Telephone systems
• Computers and networks
• At least 2 years of direct management experience
• Be able to speak, read, and write English and Khmer
• Experience using computers (MS Office, etc.)
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work overtime or on weekends if required

• Oversee the operations of the IT department
• Visit customers as needed and deal with any escalated customer issues
• Help schedule work and projects
• Support sales and marketing department
• Check the quality of work at customer sites
• Ensure staff is working efficiently and following procedures
• Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring staff
• Assign duties and tasks to staff as required
• Plan and implement improvements in staff technical skills and quality of work
• Report to management on status and issues
