• Fresh graduated or year 4 university students
• Knowledge of Windows 7/8/10 and if there is basic of Unix is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office 2010/2013
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN
• Knowledge of PC/Laptop troubleshooting
• Excellent interpersonal / communication skills to deal with internal and external customers
• Well in English language

• To setup OS and other approved applications, and provide technical support to the branch
• To support branch users on system related matters, such as system security and enhancement requests.
• To liaise with IT vendors on the purchase of computer hardware and software
• To ensure that the standards for hardware and software are met.
• To ensure that smooth operations and system security are well in place.
• To assist with system relocation due to office removal or office expansion.
• To ensure a smooth operation of the various systems in the office and system backup
• To update hardware and software inventory
• To keep abreast of the latest information technologies to maintain and develop the Company’s highest standards of hardware and software.
• To take up additional tasks as required to meets the Company’s needs.
