CADCOMMS operates a 3.75G mobile telephony service using the ‘qb’ brand under a concession granted by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication of Cambodia (MPTC).

We are serving both the corporate and consumer markets and our goal is to be the most advanced and recognized mobile phone service provider in Cambodia. We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to fill the positions below:

- IN/Billing Engineer – 1 Position, Technical Department

• Monitor the performance of the IN/Billing/VAS Platforms
• Undertake a regular service and maintenance program, including support and optimisation of billing and VAS systems, hardware and software
• Validate rated records/events in a regular interval, ensure accuracy and service availabilities
• Collect, manipulate, filter, validate fact data from various systems
• Extract, design and validate reports
• Requirements analysis, develop and implement solutions
• Follow up and resolve complaints
• Monitor the performance of the applications.
• Other tasks will assigned by Line Manager
