HLH Group was founded in Singapore on 4th September 1988. Through-out the past 28 years we have grown from strength to strength, including being listed on the mainboard of Singapore Stock Exchange since 2000. We have also expanded our group operations into the Cambodia market since year 2008.

The Management have decided on the direction of the company over the next 10 years, we will focus primarily on land acquisition for property development projects as well as agriculture investment in Cambodia. Our goals for the future include investing in more affordable housing projects and become one of the largest developer of residential, commercial and industrial projects in Cambodia.

• BBA of Business Administration or other related filed
•  At least 2 years experiences on HR and Admin function
•  Good spoken and written English
•  Good interpersonal skill and self-motivated
•  Honest, Friendly, high commitment 
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadline.
•  Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, power point and internet & email
•  Knowledge about labor law

• Assist to develop job analysis: appraisal schemes and regular consultation with other departments
•  Assist in conducting performance evaluations
•  Assist in recruitment and selection process
•  Process, verify and maintain personal related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation, classifications and employee leave of absence
