Position Summary:
CCC is a Private Membership Club with Hotel, Restaurants and Extensive Sporting facilities with ongoing expansion, including a fully Serviced Apartment block & with staffing levels soon to surpass 100 employees.
The Human Resources and Administrative Manager will take the CCC to the next level and be in charge of ensuring the office is operationally efficient and effective by developing Human Resources policies and procedures, recruitment and selection, training and Human Resources compliance and Employee relation.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar position. Professional efficiency in Khmer and English both writing and speaking. Position reports directly to the General Manager.
