WWF-Cambodia is looking for a qualified to fill for position below who will provide some supports of human resource administration as required by Eastern Plains Landscape Project in Senmonorom  Office  such as preparing personal files of counterpart/service provider rangers, visiting accident staff and accompanying them to hospital , preparing report of incident logbook, preparing for interview rangers/counterpart, and recording leaves, checking and collecting  contract rangers, checking first aid and update, and photo copying.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or in relevant fields
• Fresh graduate student in field of human resources management, business administration, or in related fields
• Some experience in implementing and monitoring the compliance of HR system, policies and procedures is preferable
• Basic knowledge of local laws and regulations on labour
• Basic knowledge of environmental and conservation issues in the region is an advantage
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office
