• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, English literature or relevant filed.
• Excellent in English both of spoken and written.
• Excellent in computer basic skills, Microsoft Office Word, Excels, and Power Point. 
• Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• People-oriented, resourceful, outgoing, self-motivated and good team player.
• 1 or 2 years’ experience in training and development function.

•  Involve with training team and head of department to develop yearly training strategy.
•  Assist in updating training and development policy to align with daily operation.
•  Work closely with line managers to assess specific training needs and design yearly training plan.
•  Develop training package and execute customized training programs.
•  Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of current training program and suggest appropriate improvement.
•  Source and work in partnership with external training institute to offer quality and satisfy training course.
•  Collect training feedback for evaluation and monitor the effectiveness of various learning platforms.
• Organize and facilitate induction program for new hiring staff.
•  Accurately record and maintain training report in SAP system.
•  Conduct staff exit interview and consolidate exit survey report for management.
•  To involve in other ad-hoc assignments and projects as arranged by Training and Development Supervisor.
