• Responsible for manpower planning, developing creative recruitment solutions for the organization to attract the appropriate level and quality of staffs by fulfillment of the requirements
• Responsible for ensuring all Human Resource policies and procedures are communicated to and understood by all employee also review and updating the employee handbook, company rules and regulations
• Responsible for maintaining HR information, by prompt preparation of all appropriate documents, and by monitoring problems and issues and promptly reporting to Director, with recommendations, as appropriate.
• Responsible for All General Affairs, Safety and Occupational Health Administration.
• Managing HR team by providing coaching and training as necessary in all aspects of the HR function.
• Ensuring that all company internal controls requirements are fulfilled, and all company personnel data is strictly maintained
• Developing succession plans and career development programs.
• Responsible for end to end recruitment and candidate selection, attract talent and advise the business unit on the best recruitment practices and processes
• Coordinate and communicate with business unit to get a clear view on their hiring needs
• Perform search for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using internet recruiting resources, cold calls, employee referrals, etc.
• Draft job specifications and create job adverts
• Analyze CVs, pre-screen, interview and provide candidate short-listed to Business Unit
• Retain existing and search new channel to gain applicants, including plan activities of candidate attraction
• Build employer branding and promote company’s reputation as “great place to work”
