Job Requirement :
  •  Minimum of 3 years’ Human Resources management experience preferably in luxury hospitality and in Cambodia ; 
  •  Strong negotiation, analytical skills and good judgment;
  •  Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English;
  •  Ability to train and develop team members; 
  •  Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative;
  •  Strong administration & organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail;
  •  Pro-active with a passion for luxury hospitality;
  •  Advanced user of MS Office.
Job Duties :
  •  Oversee the administrative activities of payroll, benefits, legal compliance and employment law;
  •  Create, implement and manage the Human Resources and Training budget;
  •  Implement policies and procedures in compliance with corporate direction;
  •  Ensure compliance with recruitment/selection strategy and mobility process;
  •  Encourage the development of employees to achieve their highest potential;
  •  Create, implement and manage an induction and training strategy that brings efficiency to employee performance and reduce staff turnover;
  •  Support operations and assist in achieving team member and guest satisfaction goals; 
  •  Coach the management on handling and resolving performance issues;
  •  Manage the annual and mid-year the performance appraisal system;
  •  As an integral part of the hotel Executive Committee attend all scheduled meetings and contribute actively; 
  •  Interview, select, train, appraise, coach, counsel and discipline employees/managers according to company standards; 
  •  Evaluate changes and trends in market compensation and make recommendations;
  •  Measure employee satisfaction through surveys, round tables, and one-on-ones with team members; 
  •  Anticipate and address employee relations matters, respond timely to employee inquiries; 
  •  Ensures compliance with local health and safety regulations and all AccorHotels policies;
  •  Must be an example of the Sofitel Values, brand standards, and a champion of Sofitel grooming and appearance guidelines;
