Currently, we are looking for a qualified and result-oriented individual to fill in.

Job Requirement :
  • University degree in Business Management or related business discipline.
  • 3-5 years Managerial experience in a multinational environment, with at least 2 years HR experience.
  • Business understanding of all other functions and their interface with HR.
  • Experience and sound knowledge of Talent, Rewards, Organization Development, Business Partnership.
  • Effective negotiation, influencing, communication and presentation skills to interact with people at all levels in the organization and outside.
  • Good leadership skills
Job Duties :
  • Work with Area Rewards team, Regional, and Top Management on the rewards strategy and process.
  • Provide local market data including managing the local salary survey and insights information on pay and benefits practices and other HR services.
  • Ensure rewards strategy implementation is aligned with guideline and manage rewards communications to employees.
  • Ensure employee entry and exit procedures are fully complied with the company policy.
  • Develops and exploits effective local networks to foster a positive image for BAT Cambodia, building necessary contacts with other comparator companies to enable good information and insights on market practices in pay & benefits.
  • Ensure that rewards is strategically supporting the retention of best people, and that the general population is paid competitively.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of payroll and highlight/ proactively manage risks around the confidentiality and reliability of records and payroll system and ensure compliance to tax, pension scheme and labor law practices in payroll.
  • Manage/ensure the smooth onboarding of new International Assignees in/out
  • Lead and drive the budgeting and Company Plan process for HR.
  • Ensure the compliance of BAT recruitment governance and onboarding
  • Ensure the local & regional training are in place.
  • Manage HR back-end data and provide reporting to area/ region on manpower/ headcounts, budgeting & costs and other ad hoc HR information requested.
  • Manage compliance to all Company controls requirements within HR.
