Introduction :

KBSC (Cambodia) Microfinance Institution Plc is a public limited company which received the Letter of Approval from National Bank of Cambodia on 29th Dec, 2014. KBSC has a specific objective to facilitate credit for those in the low-income group and provide loan to Cambodian people who wish to pursue their business with the aim of enriching lives.

Job Requirement :
  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field;
  • Profound knowledge and understanding of Cambodia labor law;
  • Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills including influencing, negotiation and cross cultural skills;
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management;
  • Fluency in English and Khmer, good at written and spoken Korean is a distinct advantage;
Job Duties :
  • Make the yearly recruitment planning;
  • Monitor and manage the recruitment cycle for all positions;
  • Manage and organize integration activities for new staff;
  • Manage and monitor training and development activities as a whole in the organization;
  • Create and manage all personnel documents including employment contracts, insurance, ID cards, performance appraisal sheets, visas and so on;
  • Control and keep track of timesheets, leaves, warnings, resignations, promotions, terminations, etc;
  • Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process;
  • Identify staff’s potential and propose development plan for them (training, internship, promotion, others);
  • Manage all compensations, including salary and other benefits, by consulting with all the Management Team to review and revise the salary scale and benefits policy whenever needed;
  • Develop and update regularly the Manual of Internal Rules and Regulations as well as HR internal processes and procedures by consulting with Management Team;
  • Ensure that the HR administration and record keeping for all HR transactions managed through the HR Management System (HRMS) is efficient and accurate;
  • Manage, lead and coach the HR team, ensuring high performance standard so that HR can function effectively and efficiently;
