Human Resources Executive

Assist Star Auto, and an affiliate company - Precision Cars Cambodia Limited, in all aspects of human resources tasks including recruiting, HR administration and staff development. 

• Deep knowledge of Cambodia's labor law and regulations.
• Possess a basic knowledge of Cambodia's income and benefit tax regulations.
• Experience with employee development including developing training programs, performance appraisal methodologies, and coaching.
• Computer literate – familiar with Microsoft Office.
• University graduate.
• Native Khmer language skills mandatory. Strong command of spoken and written English is required.
• Must possess a high moral standard and a solid work ethic.
• Good interpersonal skills with co-workers, suppliers, and customers.
• Able to work in a team.
• Willing to work five and a half days per week. Occasional overtime is required.
• Must possess either a motorbike or automobile with a valid driver's license.
• At least 25 years of age.
• Preference given to candidates with related work experience.

• Manage human resource planning
• Assist the company in locating, hiring and developing a capable workforce.
• Conducting all relevant filings with the Ministry of Labor.
• Managing employee benefit programs.
• Maintaining employee personnel records.
• Assessing employee capabilities and developing a plan to improve staff competencies.
• Assist the Administration Department in overseeing the management of the dealership facility.
• Promote continuous learning about Mercedes-Benz product and processes.
