Thansur Bokor Highland Resort is the first and only highland resort in the Mekong Sub-Region amid the pristine jungle wilderness and pleasant cool weather with beautifully landscaped hill on the Bokor Mountain, Kampot. It is now looking for qualified candidates for the position of HR Executive many people based on Bokor Mountain.

•  Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field,
•  At least 3 year experience in human resource and administration.
•  Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and regulations.
•  Good problem solving skill, people skills and communication skills
•  Honest, hardworking and initiative
•  Able to work with less supervision
•  Good command of spoken and written English.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

•  Involve in recruitment and selection process
•  Provide orientation for new employees, develop and deliver some training courses
•  Register new employees and arrange employment contract, job description, etc.,
•  Ensure that all employees profile are updated, properly filed, and recorded in Human Resource Information
•  Conduct exit interview with resigned staff and make suggestion to management
•  Appraise subordinates performance and provide performance counseling
•  Coordinate with department heads to deal with staff grievance or dispute in conformity with grievance & disciplinary procedures.
•  Liaise with related government agencies on labor and related issues
•  Liaise with insurance agent and NSSF to process and follow up claim in case of staff’s accident
•  Assist in preparing recreational and social activities for employees
•  Prepare periodical report to HR Manager
•  Other tasks assigned by HR Manager
