Job Title: Human Resources Director
Reports to: Executive Committee
In charge for: Human Resources & Administrative staffs

Job Description :

HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

- In charge of the HR division for HYC and Subsidiaries
- Develop and implement the HR Policies in order to support the Corporate Strategy
- As a member of the Strategy Alignment Committee be responsible for the achievement of HYC objectives

Job Requirement :
  • WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • 15 years experience in HR sector
  • 5 years at Director level
  • EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • MBA or Master Degree in HR Management
  • LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
  • Khmer
  • English
Job Duties :
  • To approve
  • Has the authority to approve the job description for managers level and below
  • Has the authority to approve the performance appraisal of his subordinates
  • Has the authority to approve the training programs for all divisions
  • Has the authority to approve the recruitment for managers level and below
  • Has the authority to be the HYC representative for the Ministry of Labor
  • To supervise
  • Has the responsibility to check if all Job Description are implemented within HYC
  • Has the responsibility to check if all Performance Appraisal have been done within HYC
  • Has the responsibility to check if all Training Programs have been implemented within HYC
  • Has the responsibility to check if HYC has sufficient manning
  • Has the responsibility to check if the company car policy is respected
  • Has the responsibility to check if HYC and subsidiaries have an up to date notice board
  • Has the responsibility to ensure that all employment contract are signed and respected
  • To do
  • Has the duty to participate at the Corporate Strategy implementation
  • Has the duty to propose an annual business plan for the division
  • Has the duty to prepare the division annual budget
  • Has the duty to keep align the division with the Corporate Strategy
  • Has the duty to achieve the division objectives
  • Has the duty to draw the division and HYC organizational chart
  • Has the duty to write the direct subordinates’ job description
  • Has the duty to do the direct subordinates’ performance appraisal
  • Has the duty to conduct training programs within the division and HYC
  • Has the duty to maintain professional communication within the company and with the public
  • Has the duty to promote the company business during public relation
  • Has the duty to conduct the interview for the recruitment of managers level and below
  • Has the duty to propose new policies to the Executive Committee
  • Has the duty to take any necessary disciplinary actions within HYC
  • Has the duty to apply the company Business Ethics across HYC
  • Has the duty to order uniforms for HYC and its subsidiaries’ staffs
  • Has the duty to ensure that salary scale and bonuses are respected within HYC
  • Has the duty to keep confidential all information considering as such by the Executive Committee
  • Has the duty to manage the HRM system and to report to the Executive Committee
  • Has the duty to conduct exit interview to identify reasons for employees termination and submit a report to the Executive Committee entify
  • Has the duty to conduct and organize staffs’ orientation program
  • Has the duty to investigate accidents for insurances carriers
