Job Requirement :
  •  5+ years in training/academic field
  •  Master’s degree or higher and/or equivalent experience (Ph.D. is preferable)
  •  Previous leadership development training experience.
  •  Strong knowledge of instructional design and blended learning techniques
  •  Advanced organizational and project management skills.
  •  Advanced facilitation and presentation skills.
  •  Continuous process improvement methodology.
  •  Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat.
  •  Fluent in English – writing, reading, speaking, and listening.
Job Duties :
  •  To design, facilitate, and manage training and development activities in CMG. The job includes curriculum design, content, and implementation strategies;
  •  To work with human resources and other departments of CMG to design and develop all training plans, materials, content, and delivery methods;
  •  To work with operation leaders to develop training that will directly improve performance;
  •  To participate in developing and implementing all pre-during-post training activities and processes to ensure learner impact is attained long-term;
  •  To be accountable for working collaboratively with all department directors and colleagues to ensure a coherent, blended and global approach to learning and development programs;
  •  To evaluate the effectiveness of training outcomes, assess the quality of training events and take corrective action to improve learning activities;
  •  To develop innovative and creative ways to meet development needs of CMG’s workforce in a fast-paced and dynamic culture;
  •  To work with director of Communication & HR Development to advice management on complex training-related business problems and solutions across multiple business units and functional organizations;
  •  To lead the assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training initiatives to ensure that quality, cost, and timeline standards are met in support of product initiatives, industry awareness, management skills, business process, and client engagement strategies;
  •  To serve as a catalyst for our Performance For Growth process across Customer Engagement, providing direction, timelines, and tools for success
