• Maintaining Employee relations and assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation and on-boarding.
• Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
• Prepare all salary processing documents
• Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
• Managing attendance and leave records of all employees
• Provide clerical and administrative support on company’s Policy to all levels of employee
• Management of Employee List & Insurance
• Filling all staff profiles & maintaining employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
