Introduction :

Silvertown is a new up and coming serviced apartment, which is focusing on developing a brand that strives to deliver excellence in each area of customer service we provide. STM will be involved in different lines of tenant servicing, and is looking for forward thinking professionals that can handle the day to day challenges of success, while continuing to create opportunities to position Silvertown as one of the leaders in the Phnom Penh service apartment industry. 
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Human Resource Supervisor.

Job Requirement :
  • A degree in business administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years professional experience in HR field preferably with the luxury serviced apartment.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Khmer
  • Good knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law
  • Able to communicate well with all levels of people
  • Good presentation and communication skill
  • Computer and office technology: Word, Excel, Access, E-mail, Internet, and Power point
  • Accountable and resilient and ability to work under pressure
Job Duties :
  • Work in conjunction with the General Manager to actively manage key service issues which includes but is not limited to: capital projects; customer service; refurbishment; future brand reputation development
  • Prepares and submits periodic reports for manager’s use in accordance with Corporate and government requirements, such as turnover reports, personnel inventories, absenteeism reports, health and safety, accident reports etc.
  • Support the HR Manager to familiar and enforces local HR policies and procedures in order it consistency with Labor Law.
  • Provide support to HR Manager through HR related issues.
  • Maintains and updates files on employee records, legal documents with efficiently and confidentiality as well as Leaves, Training records, movement of staff etc... in HRIMS 
  • Assist to monitors the administration of the Performance Appraisal Program and acts in an advisory capacity to managers on the process
  • Assist each department in preparing and conducting departmental training and assess accordingly
  • Assist HR Manager to ensures all staff abide by the company dress codes and company rules
  • Provide insurance claim forms and documents in order for staff to make insurance claims.
  • Report information from management to staff on request.
