•  Assisting recruiting tasks, orientation, and contract arrangement, key in master list.
•  Coordinate with all departments ensuring internal rule and human resource policy good implementation.
•  Documentation and reporting of all staffs take leave, transferring, promotion and resignation.
•  Accounting relation, prepare payment, advance request, and clear payment.
•  Prepare attendance sheet for payroll processing.
•  Stationery controlling and uniform arrangement.
•  Perform other tasks assigned by Management.
