• Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management
• Male only and Cambodian citizen
• At least three years relevant working experience HR field
• Understanding the micro-finance sector is preferred
• Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft office)
• High motivation and ability to work without supervision
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented; leads by example
• Able to establish credibility with managers and employees
• Able to identify and handle priorities and/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality
• Excellent English and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law

• Assist in revising and updating HR policies/procedure
• Assist participate in setting up annual work plan(manpower plan)
• Provide HR administrative management and supporting
• Prepared report to Head of HR(recruitment, resign, Termination, change location, Promotion and Transfer)
• Assist HR recruitment process and implementation
• Assist conduct employment interview, employment negotiation and relate,
• Prepared employment contract and revise on the time
• Conduct employment orientation to new staff
• Prepared monthly payroll and taxation(Payrolls, Motor Rental and Gasoline)
• Prepare compensation and benefit package
• Liaise with National Social Security Fund and process payment of the month
• Coordinate between employees and insurance company
• Assist participation in conducting annual staff performance assessment
• Other task assign by management
