The Rural Development Bank of Cambodia is seeking qualified and experienced Cambodian candidates to fll the positions below.

Job Description: Credit Risk Officer and Operational Risk Officer 
The Rural Development Bank (RDB) is a policy-based lending institution of the Royal Government of Cambodia. The bank is currently undergoing a number of reforms in the area of risk management and is in need of oneCredit Risk Officer and one Operational Risk Officer to join a small, close-knit team committed to reforming the bank’s credit and operational risk management processes. Through the application of the bank’s new risk framework and continuous identification and assessment of risk, RDB seeks to ensure its lending activities operate within clearly established limits, exposures are proactively quantified and corrective action is taken when required. As a member of the Risk Management Department (RMD), the Credit Risk Officer and Operational Risk Officer will interact with senior risk personnel and other departments in order to understand the bank’s operations and dynamics, and analyse, monitor and manage related risks. The successful candidates will be offered training in risk management by highly experienced risk experts together with strong support and guidance to fulfil their roles effectively.

Job Requirement :
  • Male or Female Age ranges from 23 to 35 years old
  • Bachelor degree in HR or any related field
  • At least two years experience in human resource management
  • High integrity, good communication and team work.
  • Fluency in English both spoken and written
  • Computer Skills (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Power point, Internet, Email…etc.)
Job Duties :
  • Assist in day to day operations of the HR functions and duties,
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process document and prepare reports related to personnel activities (recruitment ,training, staff development and performance evaluations )
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, minute taking )
  • Deal with employees’ requests/complaints related to HR issues, rules and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
