Job Duties :
|
|
|

Responsible for staffs’ salary payroll
-
Responsible for staffs’ insurance
-
Drafting internal policies and present to management team
-
Maintain staffs’ leaves and report to management team
-
Prepare job descriptions
-
Implement the process of search and selection
-
Identify and approach suitable candidates
-
Manage advertisement strategy and applications screening
-
Interview applicants to determine their job requirements and suitability for particular jobs
-
Brief candidates about responsibilities, salary and benefits
-
Negotiate salary rates
-
Support the integration of new employees as much as needed
-
Participate in the general recruitment communication strategy and monthly newsletter
-
Other tasks assigned by management
