The role
This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and career with one of the best known international NGOs. You will deliver high quality support services to our country programmes office in Cambodia in all aspects of human resources and volunteer management supports; recruitment, on-boarding, induction, performance management, learning and development, people information, compensation and benefits administration, relationship and engagement for staff and volunteers. The key responsibilities include volunteer management and support such as volunteer's registration, visas and work permits by developing beneficial relationships with government departments and ensure that all labour and immigration requirements are adhered. Reporting to the People and Operations Manager, you will provide information on people policies and procedures and work across teams with international and national staff and volunteers in VSO to support the implementation of VSO’s people policies and initiatives. We will call on you to provide recruitment and line management support for the volunteer assistants. Working closely with the team, you will organise all logistical and programmatic aspects of key events, supporting the People and Operations Manager to get the most out of our resources, ensuring people data administration is undertaken to enable accurate, up to date records and reporting.
Contract type: Permanent
Salary & Benefits: US$553 to US$ 609 basic salary per month plus attractive benefits package i.e. pension contributions, medical cover for staff, medical allowance for staff with dependants, 35 annual leave days including public holidays.
