•  Must be 2 Years Experienced as Human Resource Dept
•  Willing to work the post. 
•  Can speak English. 
•  Punctuality 
•  Good morality
•  Knowledge of labor law can be applied.

• Managing Recruitment / Hiring / Termination staff Process.
• Establishes and maintains contact with external recruitment sources. 
• Networks with local organizations to source candidates for current or future openings.
• Provides subject matter expertise to department managers regarding selection procedures. 
• Assists in maintaining effective employee communication channels in the property.
• Reviews progressive discipline documentation for accuracy and consistency, and checks for supportive.
• Payroll for all staffs in effective manner and summit for approval.
• Prepare payroll wages analysis report and manpower analysis report on a monthly.
• Solving the problem while working staffs.
• Any others matter assigned by Owner.
