Betagro (Cambodia) Company Limited is the Foreign Integration Business of BETAGRO Group, Thailand. Betagro Group is recognized as being at the forefront of Thailand’s agro-industry and food business, engaged in animal feed production, livestock, and animal health products, and most importantly, high-quality, safe food products. Betagro (Cambodia) Company Limited is doing agricultural business including pig and chicken farms, animal feed factory, and Betagro shop. We are now looking for the following positions:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource management or other related fields
• Able to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects at time
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and be proactive
• Creativity, good interpersonal skills with ability to work with various levels of staff
• Good personality, strong leadership skills, good decision making and problem solving skills
• Good computer literacy
• Good command of English and  Thai would be an advantage
• The incumbent will work at the Betagro Factory (Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone)

• Performs all HR functions such as compensation & benefit, recruitment, training & development, performance appraisal, rules and regulations, employee relation etc.
• Sets up and conducts employee activities to well connect the relationship between the company and employee such as staff party and company trip
• Helps and supports in arranging training program, provide training facilities and materials for each of the training course
• Assists in planning annual budget
• Manages, maintains and updates employee personal profiles, HR database and HR system with confidentiality
• Other tasks following supervisor's assignment or company policy
