We are now seeking a qualified candidate to fill in the positions as below.

• Master or bachelor degree in Human Resource or Administration skill.
• At least 7 years experiences in human resource in a big/corporate/international company.
• Understand labor law.
• Strong leadership and motivation skill.
• Good at judgment and evaluation.
• Good at communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Fluently in English or other languages in an advantage.

• Establish and update a long term HR strategy, reward strategy, and talent management to retain and attract talent staff to support company direction and business.
• Review regularly all related policies, processes, procedures development and implementation to ensure that these are properly delivered.
• Provide direction and technical advice to subordinates, share information and facilitate problem solving to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Play the key role in recruitment and selection process.
• Responsible for contract arrangement, payroll, and attendance.
• Conduct staff training, repositioning, and evaluation.
• Fully understand human resource function and practice.
• Coordinate with all departments ensuring internal rules and human resource policy are good and they understand.
• Control HRD’s assets and deal with all HR issues.
