• Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree
• Major in Human Resource, Psychology, Political Science 
• Experience 5 years up in human resources and training, in the industry type and manufacturing environment. 
• Strong Leadership, Interpersonal and presentation. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to develop unique, differentiated solutions to complex problems – excellent problem solving skills.
