•  Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely 
•  Organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire employees.
•  Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on  Human resource and work related issues.
•  Process for staff movement and foreigner's work permit every year
•  Process for Generator, boiler's and air-compressor certificate with Ministry of Industry every year
•  Verified for any document related.
•  To prepare any MEMO issue
•  Attend with official inspectors from the Ministry that related
•  Created all kind of standard form for payroll and HR Department
•  Carry out other tasks involved when necessary
