Natural Garden Co; Ltd is well known for high quality and healthy products. The producer, distributor and retailer of organic rice, vegetables, fruits, meats and other healthy products, opened its doors in 2008. Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Administration or other related fields may be considered
  • A minimum of 2 years working experiences in administration and human resources or of similar tasks describing in the Term of Reference
  • Good organizational skills, time management and communications skills both written and verbal
  • Discretion, discipline, and able to work independently
  • Accuracy and good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to support the office work as required and in the effective manner
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Email and Internet
  • Hard working and strong people skill
  • Willingness and demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with people of other disciplines
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible
  • A bright and positive attitude
  • Self-motivation
  • Flexible and resourceful
Job Duties :
  • HUMAN RESOURCE
  • Attract and recruit talents within agreed timeline
  • Master employee database
  • Assist in staff training and development
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll
  • Assist in HR administration and compliances
  • Participate in HR campaigns and company events
  • Live, communicate, inspire, and promote Natural Garden’s Mission, Vision, and Values
  • ADMINISTRATION AND RECEPTION
  • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
  • Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • Book rooms and conference facilities
  • Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations
  • Engage in contractual agreements with suppliers and customers
  • Liaise with external stakeholders where necessary
  • Procurement and Office Supply Control
  • Office Maintenance Supervision
  • Document distribution
  • Manage Public Relations
  • Support IT related tasks such as printers/copier toners maintenance including some parts of network
  • Prepare documents
  • Assist in recoding the stock spoiled and purchase invoice into system
