Job Duties :
|
|
|
-
Functions as the centre of communication for all night shift staff.
-
Coordinates with Reservations, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
-
Ensures that all daily income that should be received by the hotel/ restaurant has been recorded.
-
Handles the overall operation during the night shift.
-
Reviews all financial transactions carried out during the day and ensures accuracy.
-
Reconciles the ledgers.
-
Prepares hotel operating reports and completes audit package according to agreed standards.
-
Provides assistance to guests as requested, attends to complaints or other special requests made by them during the night shift.
