Main Responsibilities:
Helpdesk & Training Officers:
You will be responsible for managing daily operational Helpdesk and Training to all travel agencies (TAs), answering phone and helping customers. Solving daily problems with level of agreement from all TAs.
Following up and investigating unresolved incidents. Providing good solutions and supports to all TAs and being responsive on time as requested. Building good relationship and collaboration with agencies and airlines staffs. Setting up strategic/plan to support and retain existing TAs, cutting over new Tas. Regularly following up and maintaining good relationship with customers.
