SATHAPANA Limited is seeking for qualified candidates to fulfill positions below:

Job Requirement :
  • BA in related field, MBA is preferable
  • Strategic thinker
  • At least 3 years experience in professional related field
    Good English communication skill
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving
  • Good leadership skill
Job Duties :
  • Responsible to: Chief Planning Officer (CPO)
  • Coordinate with: All Departments
  • Supervise: Planning and Strategy Department Staff
  • Make sure that the Retail Business Support Department is functioning well; it includes strategic development plan and execution, policy and procedure.
  • Identify and define target market including retail loan, deposit and other retail products & services.
  • Develop strategic lending and non-lending revenue
  • Provide necessary support to achieving the strategic goals.
  • Engender the service culture and the “bank of choice” for both customers and staff.
    Set strategies for day-to-day management of the Commercial Business Support Department to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, risk free, and optimum profit.
  • Driving the sales and service direction, instilling the sales and service culture.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to the Branch Manager and staff
  • Managing and monitoring of ongoing professional, technical development and training and providing opportunities to apply new skills.
  • Providing regular feedback, encouragement and maintaining open communication.
    Make sure that good services are provided to all stakeholders at all times.
  • Assist in establishment of the card services systems and infrastructure by managing local platform and infrastructure.
  • Ensuring proper cost allocation and chargeback mechanisms are in place;
  • Ensure ongoing knowledge of competitor activity and work with senior management to incorporate into card service strategy.
  • Placement of ATMs, continuously consider new opportunities for increased market presence in high impact areas, and best usage of existing machines.
    Provide high level coordination and technical expertise to ensure effective management of the strategic planning process.
  • Managing the development of the new business and financial model aligned to new strategy.
  • Managing the design, monitoring and reporting of Bank’s Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measures which including financial performance.
  • Provide information and analysis ensuring fullest use is made internal and external data sets.
  • Designing and implementing a business framework to support the implementation of our strategic plan.
