•  Degree in Marketing/Economics is preferred. 
•  At least 5 years experience in sales and marketing especially related to banking industry. 
•  In-depth knowledge of the Cambodian banking industry. 
•  Good command in written and spoken English. 
•  Current working experience at supervisory level. 
•  Strong communications skills. 
•  Possess good leadership and management style. 
•  High level of analytical ability to provide good solutions in customer problem solving. 
•  Attentive and devoted to deliver good quality works. 
•  Good organization skills to ensure effective and efficient implementation of business strategies.

•  To oversee bank’s marketing and business programs. 
•  To develop, formulate, implement and administer sales and marketing strategies. 
•  To review and monitor the call reports of the individual marketing staff. 
•  To monitor the loan application process on a regular basis i.e. weekly. Appropriate action would be immediately taken when sign of “slow-down” is discovered. 
•  To assist and support the sales staff to close difficult deals. 
•  To consolidate and summarize all the sales activities/progress and report accordingly to the Senior Management on a bi weekly basis. 
•  To report to Senior Management any difficulty, short coming and obstacle encountered during the loan and deposit marketing activities. 
•  To assist the respective Branch Managers to meet their respective loan and deposit targets. 
•  Manages personnel and develops employees under supervision. 
•  Provide quarterly report on the achievement of Marketing Officers and Customer Relationship Officers against their targets.
•  All other duties and matters ancillary to the above that Management may require from time to time
