• Master Degree of Human Resources Management or equivalent
• 7-10 years of professional experiences with HR and Admin Managerial role.
• Broad knowledge and experience in strategic planning and execution, labor law, compensation & benefits, administration, employee relations, safety, and office administration.
• Ability to analyze and assess training and development needs.
• Must be accurate and efficient, high energy, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Superior interpersonal and coaching skills including patience and ability to work well with staff at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to successfully participate on management teams that provide leadership and strategic direction
