Saint François High School is seeking one qualified candidates to fill the position as Head Teacher of Agriculture Department.

Location: Head Teacher of Agriculture Department: Kus Commune, Tramkork District, Takeo

Schedule: Full time (Monday to Friday)

• Must be a Cambodian National
• Have a Bachelor or Masters in relevant field
• Minimum of two years Agricultural hands-on experience
• Provide strong leadership and find solutions to problems quickly and efficiently
• Demonstrate a commitment to high professional
• Must be fluent (verbal and written) in both English and Khmer is advantage
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills and relationship building
• Well organized, good time management, efficient and professional
• Self-motivated, dedicated and the ability to persevere through trying circumstances
• Self-motivating and must have initiative to self-manage
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight at project sites when required
• Provide a work environment that engenders teamwork, and creativity

• Teaching and leading the curriculum of agriculture
• Create, innovate and implement new agricultural practices and projects
• Contacts with other organizations and government departments for students practice
• Prepare the monthly test and monthly report for administrator
• Attend the meeting and any activities in the school
