• To develop and execute marketing strategy and plans to grow loan and retail deposits.
• To deliver
• Risk adjusted return on assets (RAROA)
• Growth of Loans
• Growth of Retail Deposits
• To provide training to equip sales force with sales and knowledge, e.g. credit skills, selling skills, product development.
• To manage product development initiatives and business networking.
• To manage public relations ( this includes advertising and brand building )
