• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Environment, or related field
• At least 4 year experience in the field of Health, Safety, Security and Environment Management
• At least 2 year experience in HSEQ transportation/logistics
• Good level of English
• Experience with fleet and drivers management
• Creative, result-driven, able to take initiative
• Multi tasks and strong organizational skill
• Excellent communication skills, strong personality
• Excellent negotiation and people's skills
• Self-motivated and self-organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• To develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve the HSE management systems, and to contribute to the setting up and maintaining of a strong HSE culture throughout the Company
• To ensure the high standard of implementation of Compliance of Road Transport with Group & HSEQ Standards/Procedures and local requirements set by the company
• To implement PATROM latest version and Truck Invariant for the trucks. The gap analysis to be discussed with Operations Manager to ensure the gap is fulfilled according to the guideline and standard 
• To conduct Road risk assessment for all route plans to ensure all the risks are covered
• To have collation and analysis of Incident and Near-Miss or Unsafe Act/Condition reports.
• Monitors, follows-through action-plan implementation until closure of corrective actions
• To ensure compliance with Group HSE rules set by the company, ensure that all incidents and accidents are reported and evaluated as required by Group practice and local legislation. Ensure the report of HSEQ is done properly
• To coordinate with outside people, authority, government to enhance HSEQ program correspondent to the law requirement
• To develop a system to ensure the execution, and follow-through of the Safety Visits & Audits. Coordinates visit schedule with sites and management team. Monitors post-visit reports, follow-through action-plan implementation and closure of corrective actions
• To coordinates with customer’s HSEQ, Security & Technical team on HSEQ, Security & technical issues & standardization program and implementation
• To analyze work procedure and identify gap for improvement according to the group standards and procedure Compliance Road Transport with Group & HSEQ standards/ Procedures and Local regulation.
