Pan Cambodian Lottery Corporation Limited is looking for qualified candidates to fill in the positions of:

- HR supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree of Business or other related filed.
• Excellent of speaking and writing English 
• Excellent in computer skill (Ms Word & Excel, Internet & Email) both typing khmer and English 
• Honest to work independently.
• 1-2 years experience. 

• Maintains department office area in an organized and professional manner including supplies and equipment.
• Coordinates activities, information meetings, and various training programs.
• Provides administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various employee issues.
• Implements and maintains filing system, both paper and computer.
• Replenishes office supplies as needed.
• Answers the telephone in a professional manner and assists internal guests with any questions, directions to the property, etc.
• Assists candidates to post their resume on line.
• Participates in strategic planning and budgeting of activities that meet and support company’s objectives.
• Assists the HR Director with the recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes and sends appropriate correspondence to all applicants in a timely manner.
• Provides administrative support to the department.
• Plans and assists conducting monthly new hire orientation programs.
• Support the department implementing training and development programs to ensure optimal company-wide performance.
• Assists conducting surveys.
• Works closely with all the employees to ensure a positive work environment.
• Maintains a daily log of important information to share with the department.
• Assists finding housing units for employee.
• Assists decorating and posting all the necessary information in the bulletin boards and monthly newsletter.
• Continue to help build and maintain a first-rate team.
