Phnom Penh Municipal Cable Television (PPCTV) was established in September 1995. PPCTV owns and manages the most advanced Cable TV operation in the Cambodia. PPCTV is a well established Cable Service Operator and Internet Service Provider that offers a wide variety of consumer products and services in Phnom Penh, Kampot province and Kampong Som province.

Job Requirement :
  • Male/Female Strong in leadership and motivation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in HR/Management
  • Good command in English both speaking and writing. 
  • Computer Literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • 3 years ‘experience as HR or HR/Admin Manager
  • Experience with position requirements will be encouraged to apply.
Job Duties :

HR Duties:

  • Manage recruiting, hiring, firing and retrenchment and compensation. 
  • Coordinate and enforce the Company’s systems, policies, procedures and disciplines.
  • Implement timely recruitment of the required staffs to meet business need. 
  • Track and maintain industry Salary and Benefits information. 
  • Prepare information and input for the salary budgets. 
  • Supervise and ensure adherence to agreed corporate guidelines on salary increments, allowances, adjustments and promotions. 
  • Develop and recommending staff appraisal with corresponding salaries. 
  • Develop employer-employee relation and team building.
  • Work in collaboration with all department heads for staff requirement forecast and succession planning
  • Develop capacity and skills training programs; internal and external training program
  • Maintain a safe and inspirational environment in the organization for better staff members’ relationship development leading to better interpersonal relationship and higher productivity.
  • Maintain and update staff employment records including preparation and co- coordinating staff appraisal exercises.
  • Advise the Management on current development of Cambodian Labor Law and any changes that may affects company’s business operations.
  • Provide leadership, develop, supervise and manage the Admin/HR team.
  • Ensure recruitment advertisements in printed media, social media and website meet the corporate branding compliance standards.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain filing and retrieval systems of important documents.
  • Manage and control operation of security team and driver team. 
  • Manage and control all cleanliness and maintenance of department offices and building of company
  • Plan, direct, and co-ordinate supportive services of the organization, such as record-keeping, mail distribution, telephone operator/receptionist, daily work attendance records, and other office support services.
  • Manage and control the group of vehicle repair and maintenance and monthly report of fuel and gasoline consumption. 
  • Provides communication systems by identifying & evaluating needs and options, maintaining and ensuring equipment in good working conditions.
  • Issue all memos related office policy and operation.
