• Male/Female, age from 25-30
• Bachelor in HR, Business administration or related faculty
• 3- 5 years’ experience in HR management, office management
• Deeply understand about Labor Law in Cambodia
• Good command in English and Khmer
• Mature, dynamic, hardworking and team-work
• Good communication skills

• Liaise with local operation manager, employees and group functional managers to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace
• Maintain and manage employment information including personnel files, job history, leave record, illness, absence, transfer, salary progression and other personnel statistics required
• Process payroll, increase, prepare corresponding social security notices (when Cambodia representative office set up), aiming at guaranteeing the correct payment of employees within company parameters and according to current legislation
• Hiring, dismissals, implement the training and development strategy to ensure skills and performance of employees meet the company’s needs
• Coordinate to organize/let staff to participate in company activities to enhance good culture
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the organization's current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically. These activities will include: copy services; office supplies, equipment, and inventory; administrative assistance; mail, distribution, and messenger services; records management; fleet management; cleaning, and maintenance services; cafeteria and recreation services; facilities management; and reception and communication systems (such as telephone, fax transmissions systems, etc.)
