Job Description :

The Human Resources (HR) and KPIs Development Manager, under the supervision and guidance of the HR and Admin Department Director, will provide Orkidé Villa with coordination and management of human resources and Key Performance Indicators necessary for high standard performance and operations of the Company. The HR & KPIs Development Manager will work closely with other unit Managers and staff under HR & Admin Department to ensure good coordination of HR and KPIs
management activities

Job Requirement :

Education/Experience

  •  University degree in Human Resource Management or related business field
  •  At least 5-year work experience in HR supervisory position and KPIs management
  •  Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  •  Ability to communicate very well in English

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  •  Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law, other related laws, regulations and guidelines (e.g. Work Health and Safety, Environmental Guidelines…etc.);
  •  Having strong experience in setting up and management Key Performance Indicators and Performance Evaluation.
  •  Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities;
  •  Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels;
  •  Excellent communication in both oral and writing, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills;
  •  Ability to train/drive team and being good at presentation skills;
  •  Team working spirit and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment;
  •  Knowledge of computer usage, MS Office, Outlook, internet and other related applications;

Job Duties :
  • Manage recruitment, induction, performance management, staff contract management, conditions of employment, compliance and staff capacity building /training needs;
  •  Lead and facilitate the development of Company Initiatives, targets for Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor the implementation of agreed targets set by all departments within the Company.
  •  Guide and train OV staff on KPIs setup and other topics for each specific team and management staff as needed.
  •  Organize and facilitate workshop/training on KPIs, target and Key Result Areas.
  •  Manage mid-cycle and end of cycle staff performance review process of the Company;
  •  Assist the HR & Admin Dep’t Director to negotiate staff’s contract for new hires, promotion, salary increment, transfer and other related contractual issues;
  •  Under the supervision of the HR and Admin Dep’t Director, manage staff’s compensation, benefits and review them as necessary as well as payroll changes in accordance with OV pay scale, annual end of cycle performance appraisal with Department Directors, Managers’ recommendations prior to processing;
  •  Provide assistance to international employees in HR related matters;
  •  Maintain HR files (hard and soft) and employee records with integrity, confidentiality in accordance with legal requirements, OV policies and best practices;
  •  Assist the HR and Admin Dep’t Director to ensure that appropriate administrative policies and procedures are in place, maintained and carried out effectively and efficiently in compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  •  Develop and maintain an appropriate filing system in both electronic and hard copy format to include all essential relevant documentation to ensure accurate tracking and documentation for audit purposes.
