Introduction :

DDD creates better futures for disadvantaged youth in Cambodia, Laos and Kenya. The innovative work/study program that is core to DDD’s social enterprise enables young women and men from very poor families to gain work experience plus access to higher education. As a result, they secure professional jobs and earn lasting higher incomes, breaking the cycle of poverty. Since 2001, the projected increase in lifetime earnings for youth in DDD’s program is more than $250 million.
DDD’sWork Study program will accept up to 100 young people aged 18-35 each year. This number is depended upon on the need of the Operations Department. DDD has decided to modify its current training program and take ownership over training the new work study participants.
DDD is recruiting a training manager to develop and conduct DDD Work Study Participant Preparation training course as well as manage the trainings for Work Study Participants at DDD.

Job Requirement :
  •  Cambodian National who commit to support DDD’s mission, vision, core values, and objectives
  •  Bachelor or Master Degree in Humana Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Law or related field
  •  At least 3 years’ experience in HRM
  •  Good knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law and recruitment process
  •  Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  •  Ability to develop relationships and communicate with people at all levels and to establish and sustain productive working partnerships.
  •  High energy, optimistic, open-minded, flexible, teamwork, and detail-oriented 
  •  Able to handle multi-tasks and manage deadlines with a high degree of initiative.
Job Duties :
  •  Drive recruitment and talent supply on time in full by responsible for job announcement, short listing, interview and testing
  •  Ownership of HR communication and champion team building activities
  •  Ownership of Onboarding and Exist processes
  •  Execution of L&D program
  •  Drive the Performance Management process such as performance objective setting, career and development, and performance review
  •  Learning plans, training calendar and execution
  •  Work closely with all Managers and other HR staffs to continually analyze, prioritize and respond proactive to organizational needs and support the business growth
  •  Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies to achieve corporate/business objectives
