Job Requirement :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant field is essential.
  • Male or Female between 25 and 35 years-old with relevant and adequate working experience.
  • Good command in English and Khmer is important, fluency in Chinese is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including tact, diplomacy, and flexibility to work effectively with all levels of co-workers, and external individuals or organizations.
  • Possess wisdom, rational, creativity, courageous, etc to confront situations effectively; ultimately protect 
  • Company’s and employees’interestsat fair manner.
  • Ambitious, hunger for better life, and constantly strive with full stamina to achieve desired results.
  • Confident, determined, committed, patient, rational, responsible, trustworthy, positive mindset, plus strong integrity, are among values to drive success; lacking any one of these may not succeed the job.
  • Possess exceptional persuasive skill to the extent able to change a negative situation to positive.
Job Duties :
  • Review, implement, and ensure compliance with Human Resource policies from time-to-time; recommend enhancement whenever appropriate.
  • Monitor, propose, and achieve ideal organizational strengthfrom time-to-time in accordance to business scale; ensure minimal overhead at optimum performance.
  • Propose and implement professional recruitment protocol from screening to orientation program; advise respective 
  • Decision Makerson candidate selection with insightful rationales.
  • Conduct exit interviews; propose and implement enhancements whenever appropriate.
  • Conduct periodic surveys on market practice, salary scale, employee satisfaction, etc; propose and implement responsive actions to ensure best results.
  • Organize, schedule, follow through, and file the entire process of Performance Assessment; evaluate and recommend effective and efficient enhancements for the next practice.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and relevancy of existing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) from time-to-time; recommend enhancements whenever appropriate.
  • Plan, monitor, execute, evaluate, and file budgets and expenses of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX); ensure effective 
  • and efficient investments to achieve optimum results.
  • Plan, organize, schedule, follow through, and file effective and relevant Training and Development programsfor key personnel; implement internal and external training programs whenever appropriate; ensure Return of 
  • Investment (ROI) solely at Company’s best interest. 
  • Listen patiently, understand, and recommend effective responsive action on employee’s dissatisfactions and/or 
  • complaints; report and file the case appropriately.
  • Conduct Technical Inquiries and investigations in the event of employees’ misconducts, propose and implement responsive actions; file accordingly.
  • Plan, recommend, justify, and implement appropriate programs for employee welfare.
  • Ensure legal compliance with the authorities’ requirements from time-to-time; recommend appropriate actions during incidents, situations, etc.
  • Propose and implement appropriate actions to create and maintain productive corporate culture, teamwork, 
  • employees’ morale, etc.
  • Plan, implement, manage, and fileregularoperations namely attendance, punctuality, discipline, annual leave, 
  • payroll, etc; report and recommend appropriate enhancements whenever appropriate.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and procure office supplies, indirect and non-merchandise materials, etc on appropriate level  of approval
