Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor degree in HR or other related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR role
  • Strong knowledge in Cambodia Labor Law and related statutory reports
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Good networking with external related parties as well as local authorities
  • Assertive, energetic, sociable and able to be trusted with confidential information
  • Ability to analyze and negotiate
  • Mature, professional and well-organized
